Shipping

Our dedicated team works diligently to process and ship your order within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Domestic orders typically arrive within 10 business days, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Returns

At Cedar Beach Design, we take pride in the quality of our products. If, however, you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we will gladly accept returns and provide a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, free of charge.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the manufacturing defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will promptly issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that returns are not accepted for products printed on demand. This includes all products in the "printed art" category of the store. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we may be able to send you a replacement, if the manufacturer accepts the claim of a defective product. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
